Year round rates:

• Per day: weekdays $175/ weekends $185
• Weekly rental rate: $1,000 (6 night, 7-day)
• Please note that all bookings require 3-night minimum stay
• $150 Security deposit required. (+ 9% Vermont Rooms Tax)
